About
Bohemy Bowls was founded in 2024 by Kellye and Mariah, sparked by a simple discovery: acai bowls are delicious. At the time, we were both deeply focused on nutrition and wellness, and we saw a need for healthier food options in Sevier County.
Our journey began at a small local farmer’s market. On our very first day, we set up for five hours and sold just eight bowls. But just a few weeks later, we sold 80 bowls in the same amount of time. That moment confirmed what we had hoped—our community was hungry for something fresh, nourishing, and vibrant.
Now, just one year later, we’re thrilled to open the first Bohemy Bowls storefront in 2025. What started as a leap of faith has grown into a mission to bring wholesome, feel-good food to the heart of Sevier County.
